Packages And Setup
- How do we choose the right package? Start with the package that matches your current branch size, user count, and operating complexity. The goal is to begin with the best fit, not the biggest plan.
- Can we change packages later? Yes. If your operation grows or your workflow changes, the team can review the right package path for your account.
- What if none of the standard packages fit our business? Use the Enterprise option on the pricing section to request a custom setup. That request is reviewed by staff for follow-up and rollout planning.
- Does Enterprise go through the normal self-serve signup flow? No. Enterprise requests go into a staff-managed workflow so requirements can be reviewed before setup starts.
Signup And Activation
- What details are required during signup? You provide the business name, address, country, subdomain, admin name, email, phone number, and password, then accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- What happens after signup and payment? After payment is verified, the platform prepares your workspace, activates the account, and sends the welcome email with login details.
- Do we have to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy? Yes. Acceptance is required before checkout can continue.
- How long does activation take? The system is designed to activate paid signups quickly after payment verification, with onboarding details sent to the admin email.
Login And Access
- How does the admin log in after setup? The admin logs in through the dealer subdomain or login web address using the registered phone number and the password created during signup.
- Will we receive the login web address? Yes. The welcome email includes the dealer login URL so your team knows exactly where to sign in.
- Can existing customers still log in directly? Yes. Existing subscribed customers continue using their dealer login path without going through the public signup flow again.
- Can the subdomain be chosen during signup? Yes. The signup flow checks availability so you can register an available subdomain for your workspace.
Payments And Billing
- What happens if payment has been made but access is not yet live? Paid signups remain in the activation workflow until the account is marked ready, after which the workspace is created and the admin is notified.
- Will the billing contact receive email communication? Yes. The system can send billing and onboarding communication to the configured contact emails.
- Can we review pricing before signup? Yes. The homepage pricing section is the first place to compare package levels before moving into signup.
